Item: Legend 23X3.75 and 26X3.75 Wheels purchased from Jan 2012 to Dec 2015 (No other wheels are affected)

Issue: Material/Design issue with fatigue cracks near the base of the wheel

If a problem is discovered report the issue to us, and return the wheel for a replacement
